Our Ethos 

Here at Union Road Community Church we put song worship at the heart of every service. We believe that when we bring our worship and praise to God,  It deepens our relationship with him and helps to focus our minds on the rest of the service. 

We also believe that worship is more than just singing in a church service, but that is a lifestyle choice. If we worship God through everything we do, day to day, we will bring glory to him. 

Practical outworking 

We are a worship team of eight people, consisting of vocalists, drummers, keyboards, acoustic guitar and a saxophone player.  We are always open to widening the team, and bringing in other musicians. We sing a variety of traditional music and more modern worship songs, and are often found to be sharing potential new songs with each other on our What’s App group, We practice once a week on a Friday evening, and enjoy spending time together, supporting each other prayerfully.
